2 oz (57g) ORGANIC LOOSE LEAF TEA
Directions: Pour 8 ounces hot water over 2 teaspoons of Horsetail Tea. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Drink between meals. Cooled tea can be used topically as compress, hair rinse, or foot soak, and can be swished as a mouth wash.
