One night, alone at the office, my body stopped waiting for me to figure things out and made it clear that something had to change. A healing journey found me, and I am still grateful it did. Plants were the first to show up, and they took hold of me completely. As I immersed myself in their therapeutic gifts and energetic knowing, Spirit Healing Tea was born.
