Q: How do I place an order?
Click on “SHOP” located in the upper left corner of the each page, or on “Shop Now” any time you see it on our site. When you see an item you like, click on it to get product details. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your Shopping Cart. Continue shopping until you're ready to check out. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone.
Finished shopping? Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page. Once you are in your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button located on the bottom right of the cart. If it is your first time shopping on our website, please Create an Account (it's simple!), or simply Log In if you've ordered before. Review your order and click Update if necessary. Then click on Checkout. You'll need a secure browser and your credit card to order online.
Q: How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
If your shopping cart is not yet "checked out," just click on the "x" icon next to the item. Once you've checked out, you may cancel an online order within 24 hours after we have received it. We may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. Please contact us to inquire about canceling or changing an order that's already been placed.
Q: How do I make changes to my order?
If your shopping cart is not yet "checked out," just change the quantity of the item in your shopping cart. The page will automatically update for you. Q: How do I cancel my order completely?
If you are in the process of checking out, and decide you'd rather cancel the order, abandon the checkout process by clicking on the Spirit Healing Tea logo (or home). This will return you back to the homepage. At that point, you can either return to your shopping cart (via the icon in the upper right corner) and remove the items that you no longer wish to purchase or you can leave them in your shopping cart. Your items will remain in your shopping cart until your session ends.
Q: How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Shipping to another address that is different from your billing address is easy. As you go through our checkout process, simply enter in the shipping address when you arrive on the shipping information page.
Q: How will I know that you've received my order?
We'll email you a confirmation of your order, providing we have an accurate email address. This will include order number and total amount we'll charge. We'll send a subsequent email(s) when your products ship, including tracking information (if available).
Q: How do I know if my items are available or if they're back ordered?
Our page should automatically tell you if an item is out of stock. However, occasionally, when we go to fill your order, we find that an item we believed was in stock is, in fact sold out. If this should occur, we'll notify you immediately.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and ApplePay.
Q: Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, our website encrypts all information sent via the Internet, so that data is transmitted privately and securely.

Items are charged to you immediately, which is usually within a few minutes.

Q: Must I create an account to shop?
At this time, you do not need to create an account in order to shop. However, creating an account makes it easier for you the next time you shop with us. If you wish to create an account, you will be given that option each time you complete a purchase
Q: Do I need to log in?
You don't have to log in to browse the site and take advantage of the many resources. However, you will need to log in to make a purchase on the site. If you're registered, we only require a user name and password to log into the site. Registering on the site is highly encouraged because you can store your personal address book, as well as other personalization features.
Q: How do I remove my name from your mailing list?
Just let us know and we'll take the necessary steps. Simply email us your name and address exactly as it appears on your mailing label. Please allow thirty days for your request to be processed.
If you are receiving duplicate mailings, please indicate which name(s) and address(es) you would like removed from our list.
Q: How do I change my mailing, e-mail address or password?
You may update your information when you place an order. When you proceed to check out, the site will give you the option to update your shipping and billing information.
Q: What do I do if I forgot my username?
Your user name is your email address. If you don’t remember the email address associated with your account, contact us.
Q: Will you share my address or e-mail with others?
Spirit Healing Tea will never sell your information. We use the personal information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about Spirit Healing Tea. However, from time to time we might establish a business relationship with other persons or entities whom we believe trustworthy and whom we have asked to confirm that their privacy policies are consistent with ours. These are known as our Select Partners. In such cases we might share and cross-reference information, including personal information about you that will enable such persons or entities to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest to you.

Q: What types of shipping do you offer in the U.S. and what are your rates?
We ship via USPS. Our rate for shipping within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii starts at $7.99 ($3.50 on single Sample Kits).
Q: What are your shipping rates to Canada?
Shipping to most Canadian locations is $15.99 USD
Q: How quickly will my order ship?
Typically all orders are processed withing 24-72 hours. If for any reason there is a delay will we contact you.
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S. and Canada?
We do also ship to Australia and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates vary depending on your location. Shipping rates are shown in your shopping cart. We offer a $10 shipping discount on orders to Australia and the United Kingdom for every 6 bags ordered within the same order (can be an assortment). International orders will be shipped with a Customs Declaration form.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We ship using the United States Postal Service. We can ship to both street addresses and post office boxes.
Q: Do you ship to APOs, FPOs, or DPOs?
Yes! We are happy to ship via USPS to your APO/FPO/DPO address. However, please be aware that while we will promptly ship your order, delivery time can be as long as 4-6 weeks. For most locations, standard Flat Rate USA shipping rates apply.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so returns are easy. You may return any unopened product within 30 days of your original order.
Q: How do I return or exchange items from my order?
Simply contact us for authorization to return, package the product in the original shipping box, and ship it by the carrier of your choice. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of our receiving your returned unopened goods. No refunds will be given for product that has been opened or has been returned without prior authorization. Shipping costs are not refundable

Spirit Healing Tea is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality organic, wild harvested, and non-GMO ingredients. We procure healthy botanicals from suppliers who share the same dedication and are committed to the health of their customers. Loose leaves, herbs, fruits, flowers, and sea greens are hand-blended with your health and well being in mind.
We work with partners who are devoted to products that are proven safe through laboratory analysis to guarantee the health and safety of our customers.
Q: Is there an expiration date on tea?
Tea does not have an expiration date, but it can start to lose freshness over time. We do recommend storing your tea in a dry, cool, dark space. Tea needs to be kept away from heat, light, air, and moisture to ensure its freshness. Do not store your teas in the freezer or refrigerator.
Q: Is your tea Non-GMO?
All of Spirit Healing Tea products are GMO free. We work with suppliers who are verified with the Non-GMO project.
Q: Is your tea Gluten Free?
Yes, all of our teas are Gluten Free.
Q: Is your tea Vegan?
Our blended teas are crafted using plant-derived ingredients including tea leaves, herbs, spices, flowers, and sea greens, and are suitable for Vegans.
Q: Is your tea certified Kosher?
We only source ingredients that are Kosher, containing neither dairy nor meat.
Q: Is your tea certified Organic?
Spirit Healing Tea is dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality teas. We only source our teas from suppliers that are certified organic. If a product is not organic it is cultivated without chemicals or is wild harvested. We choose suppliers who test their ingredients to ensure they meet our strict specifications and are free from adulterants and contamination, including pesticides.
