Ordering & Payments

  • Click on “SHOP,” located in the upper left corner of each page, or on “Shop Now” any time you see it on our site.  When you see an item you like, click it for product details. Click the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your Shopping Cart. Continue shopping until you're ready to check out. You will be notified via e-mail or telephone if an item is back-ordered.

    Finished shopping? Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.  Once you are in your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button on the bottom right. If it is your first time shopping on our website, please Create an Account (it's simple!) or simply Log In if you've ordered before. Review your order and click Update if necessary. Then click on Checkout. You'll need a secure browser and your credit card to order online. 

  • If your shopping cart is not yet "checked out," click the "x" icon next to the item. Once you've checked out, you may cancel an online order within 24 hours after we have received it. We may be unable to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. Don't hesitate to contact us to inquire about canceling or changing an already placed order.

  • If your shopping cart has not yet been "checked out," just change the quantity of the item in your shopping cart. The page will automatically update for you. Once you've checked out, we may be unable to change an order if it's already in the shipping process. Don't hesitate to contact us to inquire about canceling or changing an already placed order.

  • If you are in the process of checking out and decide you'd rather cancel the order, abandon the checkout process by clicking on the Spirit Healing Tea logo (or home). This will return you back to the homepage. At that point, you can either return to your shopping cart (via the icon in the upper right corner) and remove the items you no longer wish to purchase or leave them in your shopping cart. Your items will remain in your shopping cart until your session ends.

  • Shipping to a different address from your billing address is easy. As you go through our checkout process, simply enter the shipping address when you arrive on the shipping information page.

  • We'll email you a confirmation of your order, provided we have an accurate email address. This will include the order number and the total amount we'll charge. We'll send a subsequent email(s) when your products ship, including tracking information (if available).

  • Our page should automatically tell you if an item is out of stock. However, occasionally, when we go to fill your order, we find that an item we believed was in stock is, in fact, sold out. If this should occur, we'll notify you immediately.

  • We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and ApplePay. Spirit Healing Tea also has Afterpay enabled for your convenience.

    To check out with Afterpay, you must use a supported browser. In-app browsers, like Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter's browsers, don't support AfterPay's functionality.

    Follow these steps during checkout:

    1. In the Payment field, select Afterpay.

    2. Enter your billing address.

    3. Click Continue, then Continue with Afterpay.

    4. Log into your Afterpay account, or create a new account, accept the terms, and add their payment details.

    5. Review a summary of your future payments, and confirm the transaction.

    6. After confirming your payment, you're redirected to Spirit Healing Tea's Order Confirmed page.

    You will receive an order confirmation email from Spirit Healing Tea, and you may also receive emails from Afterpay about your payment plan, depending on their settings in your account.

    Your payment plan is managed entirely by Afterpay, including late payments and delinquency.

  • Yes, our website encrypts all information sent via the Internet so that data is transmitted privately and securely.

  • Items are charged to you immediately, usually within a few minutes.

Account Information

  • You do not need to create an account to shop at this time. However, creating an account makes it easier for you the next time you shop with us. If you wish to create an account, you will be given that option each time you complete a purchase.

  • You don't have to log in to browse the site and take advantage of the many resources. However, you will need to log in to make a purchase on the site. If you're registered, we only require a username and password to log in to the site. This is highly encouraged because you can store your personal address book and use the site.

  • Just let us know, and we'll take the necessary steps. Simply email us your name and address exactly as it appears on your mailing label. Please allow thirty days for your request to be processed. If you are receiving duplicate mailings, please indicate which name(s) and address(es) you would like removed from our list.

  • You may update your information when you place an order. When you proceed to check out, the site will allow you to update your shipping and billing information. 

  • Your username is your email address. If you don’t remember the email address associated with your account, contact us.

  • Spirit Healing Tea will never sell your information. We use the personal information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about Spirit Healing Tea. However, occasionally, we might establish a business relationship with other persons or entities we believe are trustworthy and have asked to confirm that their privacy policies are consistent with ours. These are known as our Select Partners. In such cases, we might share and cross-reference information, including personal information about you, that will enable such persons or entities to contact you regarding products and services that may interest you.

    Please let us know if you'd prefer we not share your name. Please contact us with your name and address; we'll take the necessary steps to ensure your name is not shared. Customer privacy is important to us.

Shipping Information

  • We realize it's important to keep shipping as simple and affordable as possible. Spirit Healing Tea passes on our discounted shipping rates to our customers. We ship using a tracking number, and delivery time will vary based on service interruptions by the carrier.

    Spirit Healing Tea does not guarantee shipping timeframes. An estimated delivery date is provided with tracking information, but delays can be caused by various factors outside of our control.  

    Please note: shipping charges are not refundable if items are returned. Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer is responsible for re-shipment charges. Additionally, buyers are responsible for return shipping when returning items. All returns should be shipped with a tracking number. Doing so will allow you to file a claim if your package is lost or stolen. Shipping without a tracking number does not afford this option.

  • We ship via USPS within the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. Rates are calculated at checkout.

  • As of May 2025, we are no longer offering international shipping. We now ship exclusively within the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

    We understand this change may be disappointing for our international customers — both those who have ordered from us in the past and those who hoped to. We truly appreciate your interest and support, and thank you for your understanding as we focus on serving our U.S.-based community.

  • Typically, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During major holidays or temporary closures, fulfillment may take a little longer. If any delay affects your order, we’ll reach out right away.

  • We ship using the United States Postal Service. We can ship to both street addresses and post office boxes. 

  • Yes! We are happy to ship via USPS to your APO/FPO/DPO address. However, while we will promptly ship your order, delivery time can be as long as 4-6 weeks. For most locations, standard Flat Rate USA shipping rates apply.

Return Policy

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so returns are easy. You may return any unopened product within 30 days of your original order. We cannot offer refunds if more than 30 days have passed since the confirmed delivery date for your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have created an account with Spirit Healing Tea, we can confirm your order through the site.

  • Simply contact us for authorization to return, package the product in the original shipping box, and ship it by the carrier of your choice. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your returned unopened goods. No refunds will be given for products that have been opened or have been returned without prior authorization. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Ingredients & Quality

  • We work with partners who are committed to products proven safe through laboratory analysis to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

    ORGANIC HERBS: Spirit Healing Tea is dedicated to sourcing only the highest-quality organic, wild-harvested, and non-GMO ingredients that are certified organic or ethically wild-harvested, procured from suppliers who share the same dedication and are committed to the health of their customers. Loose leaves, herbs, fruits, flowers, and sea greens are hand-blended with your health and well-being in mind.

    PURE GLYCERINE: We procure premium vegetable glycerine produced using a combination of ultra-pure water, pressure, and high temperatures to extract fatty esters from coconut oil. The vegetable glycerine is extracted from the highest-quality ingredients found on the market. It has been tested for heavy metals, chlorides, sulfates, moisture, and other impurities that could compromise the integrity of the product. It is pure, 100% food-grade, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly. Our coconut-derived vegetable glycerine does not contain corn, soy, or palm. Our Tea Extracts are alcohol-free and contain zero fat.

  • TEA: Tea has no expiration date, but it can start losing freshness over time. We recommend storing your tea in a dry, cool, dark space. To ensure its freshness, tea needs to be kept away from heat, light, air, and moisture. Do not store your teas in the freezer or refrigerator.

    TEA EXTRACTS: Tea Extracts last around 2 years. The use-by date is on the bottom of each bottle.

  • All Spirit Healing Tea products are natural and GMO-free.

  • Yes, all of our products are Gluten Free.

  • Our blended teas and tea extracts are crafted using plant-derived ingredients including tea leaves, herbs, spices, flowers, sea greens, and pure glycerine, and are suitable for Vegans.

  • We only source ingredients that are Kosher, containing neither dairy nor meat.

  • Spirit Healing Tea sources only the highest-quality ingredients. Our botanicals are either certified organic or ethically wild-harvested. We work with suppliers who test their ingredients to ensure they meet our strict specifications and are free from adulterants and contamination, including pesticides.

  • The extraction rate represents the herb to menstruum (liquid) strength ratio used in Tea Extracts. Our extraction rates are labeled on a per-serving basis, so this tells you how much herb was used to make a single serving of extract. All Spirit Healing Tea extracts are made at a 1:2 ratio, meaning one part herb to two parts liquid per serving.

  • No, our tea extracts are alcohol-free. They contain only the herb extractives and the liquid used to extract them (sustainably sourced coconut glycerine and distilled water). They contain absolutely no preservatives or other added ingredients.

  • Our black dropper bulbs are made of silica rubber.

  • Yes, our Tea Extracts come with a child-resistant dropper assembly and a glass pipette, so you can store them with confidence!

Use Instructions

  • Drink 1-4 cups daily, or the amount listed on each package. Consistency is what creates the greatest benefit. Drinking your tea daily, or as often as possible over a sustained period (6-8 weeks or longer), gives the herbs time to work with your body rather than offering a one-time boost.

    That said, any amount counts. Even when life gets in the way, every cup you drink moves you forward. From there, trust your body and trust your intuition. Go at the pace that feels right, for whatever length of time feels best.

    As always, if you have health concerns or take medications, check with your healthcare provider before adding any herbal tea to your daily routine.

  • You can drink multiple teas or tea blends in one day, or you can choose to focus on one tea at a time. For those who are very sensitive, it could be best to start slow and not drink too much at once. But if you aren’t sensitive, you can try drinking them either mixed together or as separate teas daily. Alternatively, you can drink one tea for a few weeks or months, then switch to a different one.

  • Always follow the instructions on the bottle for use. Tea Extracts are generally best taken between meals to enhance absorption. They can be taken in a small amount of warm water or added to tea to strengthen it. You can also squirt the liquid directly under your tongue (taking care not to touch the dropper), hold for 30-60 seconds, then swallow.

    PLEASE NOTE: Tea extracts are potent plant-based powerhouses, but stick to the recommended use as outlined on the label. If you have concerns or questions about what amount is best for you, seek the advice of a trained professional. Moderation is the key to avoiding adverse reactions.

  • Tea extracts can be taken up to 30 minutes before or 2 hours after eating (unless otherwise directed).

  • For a 1-ounce bottle with a dose of 1 squeeze of the dropper bulb, there are 52 servings per bottle.

  • A dropper squeeze means squeezing the rubber bulb once. After shaking the closed bottle, with the glass pipette placed all the way in the Tea Extract, squeeze and release the bulb once. This is one serving.

  • We do not advise exceeding the labeled use instructions.

  • Our Tea Extracts are self-preserving and do not require refrigeration. They should be stored at room temperate, away from heat. Store them out of direct light and away from direct heat sources like your oven and stove.

  • Yes, Tea Extracts can be mixed in juice, slightly cooled tea, or smoothie, but note that the added foods in a smoothie may slow or decrease absorption.

  • Everyone's experience is different, and there's no single timeline that applies to all. How quickly you notice a shift depends on your unique body, your history, and how consistently you incorporate the tea into your routine.

    A good rule of thumb: stick to the quantities and time periods mentioned above, and give it real time. From there, listen to your body. It will tell you whether to keep going, slow down, take a break, or stay the course.
