Product Details
MAKES 24 OUNCES OF SYRUP
Suggested Use: Take 1 tablespoon per day to maintain wellness. At the first sign of virus, take 2 teaspoons every 3 hours.
Directions:
Combine contents of Kit with 3 cups (24 oz) of water in a medium sauce pan.
Bring to a boil, then turn down to gently simmer un-covered for 45-60 minutes to reduce by half. Watch closely to prevent over-reduction.
Remove from heat and allow syrup to cool.
Strain with fine mesh filter into bowl, squeezing to extract as much syrup as possible.
Stir in 3/4 cups raw honey (or substitute maple syrup) and whisk until dissolved.
Pour into a glass jar, label, and store in refrigerator; use within 4-6 weeks.
