A New Chapter for Spirit Healing Tea
Dear Spirit Healing Tea community,
Over the years, our blends have supported you through some of life's more demanding seasons. Many of you have shared what it felt like to move through a challenging period and come out the other side steadier and more connected to your own sense of vitality. Hearing those stories has shaped everything we create.
As Spirit Healing Tea continues to grow, I have done a lot of reflecting on the wellness space we are part of and where it is headed. Too much of the conversation around health has drifted toward fear, toward what the body is up against, what it is failing at, and what it needs protection from. That framing can feel urgent, but it quietly undermines the thing we are all actually reaching for: a genuine sense of trust in our bodies and confidence in our ability to care for them.
This is not the relationship I want Spirit Healing Tea to represent.
As someone who has spent many years working with healing and the body's energy, I know that the words we use matter more than we often realize. When we tell our bodies they are toxic, burdened, under attack, or needing to detox, that message lands. The body responds to the story we give it. Words carry intention, and intention shapes how we heal. When we speak to the body as capable, resilient, pristine, restored, and worthy of care, something different happens. The body listens. It receives care rather than alarm, and the energy shifts into healing rather than defense. That is the foundation of how healing actually works, and when you pair that energetic shift with powerful plant allies, something genuinely potent is set in motion. The names we give our blends are part of that conversation, and it was time for ours to say something better. When you reach for a cup from the Renewal Tea Collection, you are saying something better to your body, too.
Every blend you choose was created with that in mind. Curated plant allies, chosen from centuries of herbal tradition, offered as support for a body that already knows how to heal. The intention has always been to work with your body, not against what threatens it, and to help you reconnect with its strength and natural rhythm. Our product names should reflect that.
So, we are in the process of introducing updated names across our Renewal Tea Collection (formerly Detox Teas), one blend at a time, giving each one the care and attention it deserves. The recipes you trust stay exactly the same. What is changing is the language around them, so each tea speaks more clearly to the support it offers and the direction it encourages.
This is a shift away from naming conditions to naming possibilities, and away from what you are moving through to where you are heading: balance, restoration, protection, renewal. These are not passive states. They are things you actively choose when you reach for a cup of tea, tend to your body with intention, and trust that small, steady acts of care add up to something meaningful.
That is the vision for Spirit Healing Tea going forward: a place where wellness feels empowering, where plant wisdom is accessible, and where every blend is an invitation to come home to yourself.
If you have relied on one of our blends by its original name, you may notice the change when you visit the product page. A note on each page will confirm that the blend you know remains the same, just under a new name. And as we continue rolling out updates, we will keep you informed below, so nothing feels like a surprise.

Meet the New Names
Each blend you know carries the same carefully sourced, small-batch recipe it always has. What has changed is the name, and with it, a clearer invitation into what each cup is meant to support. The new names look forward. They speak to the state you are moving toward, the feeling you are cultivating, and the relationship you are building with your own body over time.
Below is a look at where each blend started and where it is headed. Teas and their extract counterparts are shown together, because the intention is the same in both forms. The extract simply delivers it in a more concentrated way. We are adding to this list as each rename is completed, so check back as the collection continues to grow.
