Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

Click on “SHOP” located in the upper left corner of the each page, or on “Shop Now” any time you see it on our site.  When you see an item you like, click on it to get product details. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your Shopping Cart. Continue shopping until you're ready to check out. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone.

Finished shopping? Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.  Once you are in your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button located on the bottom right of the cart. If it is your first time shopping on our website, please Create an Account (it's simple!), or simply Log In if you've ordered before. Review your order and click Update if necessary. Then click on Checkout. You'll need a secure browser and your credit card to order online. 

How do I remove items from my shopping cart?

If your shopping cart is not yet "checked out," just click on the "x" icon next to the item. Once you've checked out, you may cancel an online order within 24 hours after we have received it. We may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. Please contact us to inquire about canceling or changing an order that's already been placed.

How do I make changes to my order?

If your shopping cart is not yet "checked out," just change the quantity of the item in your shopping cart. The page will automatically update for you. Once you've checked out, we may not be able to change an order if it's already in the shipping process. Please contact us to inquire about canceling or changing an order that's already been placed.

How do I cancel my order completely?

If you are in the process of checking out, and decide you'd rather cancel the order, abandon the checkout process by clicking on the Spirit Healing Tea logo (or home). This will return you back to the homepage. At that point, you can either return to your shopping cart (via the icon in the upper right corner) and remove the items that you no longer wish to purchase or you can leave them in your shopping cart. Your items will remain in your shopping cart until your session ends.

How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Shipping to another address that is different from your billing address is easy. As you go through our checkout process, simply enter in the shipping address when you arrive on the shipping information page.

How will I know that you've received my order?

We'll email you a confirmation of your order, providing we have an accurate email address. This will include order number and total amount we'll charge. We'll send a subsequent email(s) when your products ship, including tracking information (if available).

How do I know if my items are available or if they're back ordered?

Our page should automatically tell you if an item is out of stock. However, occasionally, when we go to fill your order, we find that an item we believed was in stock is, in fact sold out. If this should occur, we'll notify you immediately.

What credit cards / payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and ApplePay. Spirit Healing Tea also has Afterpay enabled for your convenience.

To check out with Afterpay, you must use a supported browser. In-app browsers, like Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter's browsers, don't support AfterPay's functionality.

Follow these steps during checkout:

  1. In the Payment field, select Afterpay.

  2. Enter your billing address.

  3. Click Continue, then Continue with Afterpay.

  4. Log into your Afterpay account, or create a new account, accept the terms, and add their payment details.

  5. Review a summary of your future payments, and confirm the transaction.

  6. After confirming your payment, you're redirected to Spirit Healing Tea's Order Confirmed page.

You will receive an order confirmation email from Spirit Healing Tea, and you may also receive emails from Afterpay about your payment plan, depending on their settings in your account.

Your payment plan is managed entirely by Afterpay, including late payments and delinquency.


Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, our website encrypts all information sent via the Internet, so that data is transmitted privately and securely.

When is my credit card charged?

Items are charged to you immediately, which is usually within a few minutes.

Account Information

Must I create an account to shop?

At this time, you do not need to create an account in order to shop. However, creating an account makes it easier for you the next time you shop with us. If you wish to create an account, you will be given that option each time you complete a purchase.

Do I need to log in?

You don't have to log in to browse the site and take advantage of the many resources.  However, you will need to log in to make a purchase on the site. If you're registered, we only require a user name and password to log into the site. Registering on the site is highly encouraged because you can store your personal address book, as well as other personalization features.

How do I remove my name from your mailing list?

Just let us know and we'll take the necessary steps. Simply email us your name and address exactly as it appears on your mailing label. Please allow thirty days for your request to be processed.

If you are receiving duplicate mailings, please indicate which name(s) and address(es) you would like removed from our list.

How do I change my mailing, email address, or password?

You may update your information when you place an order. When you proceed to check out, the site will give you the option to update your shipping and billing information. 

What do I do if I forgot my username?

Your user name is your email address. If you don’t remember the email address associated with your account, contact us.

Will you share my address or email address with others?

Spirit Healing Tea will never sell your information. We use the personal information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about Spirit Healing Tea. However, from time to time we might establish a business relationship with other persons or entities whom we believe trustworthy and whom we have asked to confirm that their privacy policies are consistent with ours. These are known as our Select Partners. In such cases we might share and cross-reference information, including personal information about you that will enable such persons or entities to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest to you.

Please let us know if you'd prefer us not to. Please contact us with your name and address, and we'll take the necessary steps to ensure your name is not shared. Customer privacy is important to us.

Shipping Information

Shipping Policy

We realize it's important to keep shipping as simple and affordable as possible. Spirit Healing Tea passes on our discounted shipping rates to our customers. We ship using a tracking number and delivery time will vary based on service interruptions by the carrier.

Spirit Healing Tea does not guarantee shipping timeframes. An estimated delivery date is provided with tracking but delays can be caused by various factors outside of our control.  

Please note: shipping charges are not refundable if items are returned. Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an shipment is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, buyer is responsible for re-shipment charges. Additionally, buyers are responsible for return shipping when returning items. All returns should be shipped with a tracking number. Doing so will allow you to file a claim if your package is lost or stolen. Shipping without a tracking number does not afford this option.

What types of shipping do you offer in the U.S.?

We ship via USPS within the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Rates are calculated at checkout.

What countries do you ship to that are outside the U.S?

Currently we ship via USPS to customers around the world in the following countries:

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location. Shipping rates are shown in your shopping cart. International orders will be shipped with a Customs Declaration form.

How quickly will my order ship?

Typically all orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  If for any reason there is a delay will we contact you.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We ship using the United States Postal Service. We can ship to both street addresses and post office boxes. 

Do you ship to APOs, FPOs, or DPOs?

Yes! We are happy to ship via USPS to your APO/FPO/DPO address. However, please be aware that while we will promptly ship your order, delivery time can be as long as 4-6 weeks. For most locations, standard Flat Rate USA shipping rates apply.

Return Policy

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so returns are easy. You may return any unopened product within 30 days of your original order. We are unable to offer refunds if more than 30 days have passed since the confirmed delivery date for your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have created an account with Spirit Healing Tea, we will be able to confirm your order through the site.

How do I return or exchange items from my order?

Simply contact us for authorization to return, package the product in the original shipping box, and ship it by the carrier of your choice. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of our receiving your returned unopened goods. No refunds will be given for product that has been opened or has been returned without prior authorization. Shipping costs are not refundable

What do you do to ensure the quality and safety of Spirit Healing Tea Products?

We work with partners who are devoted to products that are proven safe through laboratory analysis to guarantee the health and safety of our customers.

ORGANIC HERBS: Spirit Healing Tea is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality organic, wild harvested, and non-GMO ingredients. We procure healthy botanicals from suppliers who share the same dedication and are committed to the health of their customers. Loose leaves, herbs, fruits, flowers, and sea greens are hand-blended with your health and well being in mind.

NATURAL GLYCERINE: We procure premium vegetable glycerine made from a combination of ultra-pure water, pressure, and high temperatures to extract fatty esters from coconut oil. The vegetable glycerine is extracted from the highest-quality ingredients found on the market and has been tested for heavy metals, chlorides, sulfates, moisture, and other impurities that could compromise the integrity of the product. It is all natural 100% food-grade, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly. Our coconut-derived vegetable glycerine does not contain corn, soy, or palm. Our Tea Extracts are alcohol free and contain zero fat.

 

What is the shelf-life of Spirit Healing Tea products?

TEA: Tea does not have an expiration date, but it can start to lose freshness over time. We do recommend storing your tea in a dry, cool, dark space. Tea needs to be kept away from heat, light, air, and moisture to ensure its freshness. Do not store your teas in the freezer or refrigerator.

TEA EXTRACTS: Tea Extracts last around 2 years. The use by date can be found on the bottom of each bottle.

Is your tea non-GMO?

All of Spirit Healing Tea products are natural and GMO free.

Is your tea Gluten Free?

Yes, all of our products are are Gluten Free.

Is your tea Vegan?

Our blended teas and tea extracts are crafted using plant-derived ingredients including tea leaves, herbs, spices, flowers, and sea greens, and are suitable for Vegans.

Is your tea certified Kosher?

We only source ingredients that are Kosher, containing neither dairy nor meat.

Are your products Organic?

Spirit Healing Tea is dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality ingredients. We only source our herbs from suppliers that are certified organic. If a product is not organic it is cultivated without chemicals or is wild harvested. We choose suppliers who test their ingredients to ensure they meet our strict specifications and are free from adulterants and contamination, including pesticides. 

What is the extraction rate on Tea Extracts?

The extraction rate represents the herb to menstruum (liquid) strength ratio used in Tea Extracts. Our extraction rates are labeled on a per serving basis, so this tells you how much herb was used to make a single serving of extract.

Do Tea Extracts contain alcohol?

No, our tea extracts are alcohol free. Our Tea Extracts contain only the herb extractives and the liquid (coconut glycerine and distilled water) used to extract them. They contain absolutely no preservatives or other added ingredients.

What is the bulb on the Tea Extract dropper made out of?

Our black dropper bulbs are made of silica rubber.

Are your Tea Extract bottles child resistant?

Yes, our Tea Extracts come with a child resistant dropper assembly, with glass pipette, so you can store them with confidence!

Use Instructions

How much Tea should I drink and for how long?

For how much Tea, you can drink 1-4 cups on a daily basis (or the amount listed on each package). For length of time to drink the tea, it depends on your history of exposure and symptoms. You will get the greatest benefits from the teas if you drink them daily or as often as possible for a period of time (6-8 weeks it longer), versus having a healing tea recipe just once or twice a week. But any of the teas you can include at any time will still be helpful and it all counts in helping you move forward with healing. From there, trust your body and trust your intuition, then go at the pace that feels right for you, and for however length of time feels best.

Can I mix Teas?

You can drink multiple teas or tea blends in one day or you can choose to focus on one tea at a time. For those who are very sensitive, it could be best to start slow and not drink too many at once. But if you aren’t sensitive, you can try drinking them either mixed together or as separate teas daily. Alternatively, you can drink one of the healing teas for a few weeks or months and then change to a different one.

What is the best way to take Tea Extracts?

Always follow the use instructions on the bottle. Tea Extracts are generally best taken between meals to enhance absorption. They can be takin in a small amount of warm water or added to tea to make stronger. You can also squirt the liquid directly under your tong (taking care not to touch the dropper), hold for 30-60 seconds, then swallow.

PLEASE NOTE: Tea extracts are potent plant-based powerhouses, but stick to the recommended use as outlined on the label. If you have concerns or questions about what amount is best for you, seek the advice of a trained professional. Moderation is the key to avoiding adverse reactions.

How long before or after eating should I take Tea Extracts?

Tea extracts can be taken up to 30 minutes before you eat or 2 hours after you eat (unless otherwise directed).

How many servings are there in a 1 ounce bottle of Tea Extract?

For a 1-ounce bottle with a dose of 1 squeeze of the dropper bulb, there are 52 servings per bottle.

What does one squeeze of the dropper mean?

A dropper squeeze means to squeeze the rubber bulb one time. After shaking the closed bottle and with the glass pipette placed all the way in the Tea Extract, squeeze and release the bulb once. This is one serving.

Can I take more than the suggested serving size of a Tea Extract?

We cannot advise exceeding the labeled use instructions.

How should Tea Extracts be stored?

Our Tea Extracts are self-preserving and do not require refrigeration. They can be stored at room temperate, away from heat. Store them out of direct light and away from direct sources of heat like your oven and stove.

Is it ok to mix Tea Extracts in a smoothie, tea or juice?

Yes, Tea Extracts can be mixed in juice, slightly cooled tea, or smoothie, but note that the added foods in a smoothie may slow or decrease absorption.

How soon will I see results?

Result-wise, everyone is vastly different. There’s not a magic number, unfortunately, because healing is dependent on many factors. We all have so many different backgrounds, exposure levels, and even different healing rates. So, a good rule of thumb is to stick to the quantity and time periods mentioned above to give you the best results. From there, just listen to your body. It will tell you whether or not to keep going, take a break, slow down, or speed up.
